Kagame’s Agent Expelled from Sweden After Gasasira Disappears
By RockDWhile Kagame is fooling the world that he is rid Rwanda of poverty,
and achieving over 90% of development goals, the serial killer
is still hunting for victims to silence. Winning elections by over 90%,
achieving development by over 90% and killing people by over 90%
precision – the new name for Kagame should be Mr 90%.
In any event, John Bosco Gasasira, the editor of exiled online
newspaper Umugugizi is the latest victim of Mr 90%. We trust
Gasasira is safe and sound.
What we know so far is that Kagame agent, so-called senior
official of the Rwandan Embassy in Sweden has been expelled
in connection with subversive activities.
One Evode Mudaheranwa, the so-called Second Counsellor to
the Embassy, and intelligence officer aka Kagame killer has
been ordered to leave the Swedish territory within 48 hours.
The Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs would not comment on
that decision.
The expulsion takes place, almost a month after the disappearance
of Gasasira, a brave Rwandan journalist that has consistently
exposed Kagame thieving and criminal activities.
Gasasira has not been seen in public since 23 January 2012,
a date on which he published the last article on his online newspaper
Umuvugizi.
Butcher Kagame is determined to eliminate Gasasira at all cost as
the trail of evidence show:
Gasasira was beaten senseless and maimed by
Kagame security agents several years back.
Gasasira went into exile in Uganda and narrowly
escaped assassination in 2009.
Gasasira’s Umuvugizi was shut down by the Kagame regime
before the rigged elections in 2010.
Gasasira’s deputy was assassinated in 2010 for publishing a story
on the attempted killing of General Kayumba Nyamwasa.
Gasasira thought he had distanced himself from Kagame
killing machine by leaving the nearby Uganda and re-locating to Sweden.
What a pity that Gasasira has been a victim of what he relentlessly
sought to expose – he has denounced over and over the presence
of Kagame criminal agents sent to Europe to hunt down Rwandans.
Gasasira was among the first to break the story in 2011 on how
Britain warned the Kigali regime that London would not allow
Rwandan exiles in the UK to become victims of criminals
operating under the orders of Kagame.
More broadly, Umuvugizi is synonymous with exposing Kagame
excesses from the butcher’s $100,000,000.00 Bombardier planes
to $20,000.00 a night hotel rooms, and 43-acre farm.
We can see how Kagame will never give up silencing the journalists.
We just lost in 2011 Inyenyeri editor Charles Ingabire. We pray that
Gasasira is unharmed and that Umuvugizi keeps playing its
brave role of exposing the Rwandan butcher’s thieving and looting.
Lastly – thumbs up to Sweden for not tolerating Kagame agents
in terrorising Rwandans on Swedish soil.

FDU-UDF-INKINGI POLITICAL PLATFORM

I posted earlier this week that I did not know enough about the FDU-UDF-INKINGI's policies. A reader of this blog posted the party's political platform (available here).
I want to state for the record that I am impressed by the FDU-UDF-INKINGI's political aspirations. Particularly its stance on foreign relations, agricultural policy and reconciliation.
Let's hope the party gets a chance to show its mettle and we can test its policies in an open political space rather than the current climate of fear and intimidation that seems to be reigning in Rwanda at the moment.

Canada: Communiqué de presse de la famille Mugesera
Québec, le 5 février 2012, nous avons imploré le Canada de respecter ses obligations internationales et de ne pas refouler notre père et mari vers le Rwanda conformément à la requête du Comité contre la torture du Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l’homme (ONU) en date du 11 janvier 2012.
En refoulant notre père et mari malgré sa crainte d’être soumis à la persécution et à la torture au Rwanda sans lui laisser le temps nécessaire de trouver une autre terre d’asile, le Canada a violé ses obligations internationales en matière de protection des réfugiés et nous avons toutes les raisons de croire que le Canada ne condamne plus la torture sans réserve.
Le Canada a violé les droits de notre père et mari à la vie, à la liberté et à la sécurité de sa personne, à la présomption d’innocence, d’avoir un procès juste et équitable devant un tribunal indépendant et impartial et de ne pas être soumis à des peines cruelles, dégradantes et inusitées. Par la violation des droits fondamentaux de notre père et mari, le Canada a créé l’occasion pour le Rwanda de mettre en scène une mascarade de justice et a fourni la caution morale et politique à toute violation présente et future des droits fondamentaux de notre père et mari par le Rwanda. Toute violation des droits fondamentaux de notre père et mari ne sera que la suite nécessaire et irrésistible de la violation originelle de ses droits par le Canada (ex injuria jus non oritur).
Notre père et mari a supplié le Canada pendant plus d’une décennie de le poursuivre pour les faits qui lui étaient reprochés devant les tribunaux Canadiens en vertu de la Loi sur les crimes contre l'humanité et les crimes de guerre, tel que l’ont été d’autres individus soupçonnés d’avoir commis des crimes terribles au Rwanda (2 poids, 2 mesures). Notre père et mari n’a jamais fui la justice, il a demandé d’être protégé contre l’arbitraire de la justice de brousse du Rwanda qui veut lui faire porter la responsabilité de crimes effroyables commis au Rwanda en 1994, alors qu’il n’y était plus depuis presque deux ans (une éternité en politique).
Le 23 janvier 2012, le Canada a délibérément et en toute connaissance de cause livré notre père et mari à un gouvernement que notre père et mari a dénoncé publiquement, fermement et sans interruption pour les crimes commis par ce gouvernement au Rwanda, au Burundi et en République démocratique du Congo depuis le 1erOctobre 1990 jusqu’à ce jour (incluant le 6 avril 1994), sans même nous laisser la chance de lui faire nos adieux. En 2004 le Canada a lui-même reconnu officiellement que l’actuel gouvernement au pouvoir à Kigali au Rwanda est une organisation criminelle à des fins brutales et limitées (Front Patriotique Rwandais). Reconnaissant par voie de conséquence que les membres de ce gouvernement ont commis des crimes de guerres, des crimes contre l’humanité incluant le génocide. Le 23 janvier 2012 est une date noire pour nous, pour Léon Mugesera, pour le peuple Rwandais, pour le Canada, pour l’ONU et pour les réfugiés du monde entier. Nous ne pourrons faire autrement que de tenir le Canada directement responsable de tout mal qui sera fait à notre père et mari, un homme innocent qui ne s’est battu que par la voie des justes, celle du droit de réclamer que justice soit faite.
Compte tenu des circonstances, et que notre père et mari est sans ressources financières, nous réitérons la requête de Me Guy Bertrand, pour que le gouvernement rwandais lui garantisse l’aide juridique nécessaire pour qu’il puisse assurer les frais de son avocat.
De plus, comme l’a demandé notre avocat Me Bertrand, nous croyons que le gouvernement canadien devrait nommer un observateur indépendant pour surveiller le déroulement des procédures judiciaires et que notre avocat en soit informé régulièrement.
