Please post Kagame poisonous speech for your readers. I was a participant in UMUSHYIKIRANO where this disastrous speech was made. We were clapping for the butcher like sheep. You can imagine the mood of the conference after the butcher’s toxic speech. We were shaping with suppressed anger and fear.
The fear factor and Kagame intimidation on Rwandan souls is quickly turning us all into a nation of zombies.
May God help Rwanda.
