Kagame Self-Incriminates As A Mass Murderer

The world has just witnessed a confession by Dr Theogene Rudasigwa, former Chief of Staff to Paul Kagame, confirming that Kagame shot down the presidential plane carrying the then Rwandan dictator Habyarimana together with his Burundian counterpart who perished and signaled the beginning of the 1994 Genocide in Rwanda.
Here is an even more disturbing confession – in fact a shocking testimony that Paul Kagame is indeed a mass killer. The testimony is from no other than Paul Kagame himself.
After listening to the attached video with Kagame regretting why he did not wipe out the millions of returning refugees from Congo to Rwanda in 1996-1997, there is no doubt that the man is indeed a mass murderer. Mass murder, sometimes interchangeable with “mass destruction” refers to an act of killing a large number of people characteristically at the same time and in a relatively short period of time. A mass murder typically occurs in a single location in which a number of victims are killed by an individual or in the Rwandan case, by the state.
Kagame, you are a mass murderer and you yourself have confirmed it. Let no doubting Thomas or a sycophant dare say otherwise. You are on the record Mr Butcher on your own free will. No doubt you were boasting here in front a friendly audience of flatterers. We wait to see how you will save your skin at the Hague.
