Andre Kagwa Rwisereka is one person within millions innocent victims of a dictatorship in Rwanda. His soul is one within millions Rwandan, Congolese, and foreign citizens souls haunting the African Great Lakes Region countries since the invasion of Rwanda by NRA/RPF/RPA that started on October 01, 1990.
This crime will surely be punished one day and the power-obsessed “hyenas” that are responsible for such a coward act will never find peace on this planet.
May Andre Kagwa Rwisereka have peace under the light of God.
