About Jean Mutsinzi:
Dr Jean Mutsinzi, PhD is a Judge of the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights.
He is a former President of the Supreme Court and the Superior Council of the Judiciary of Rwanda.
He was a Secretary of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Brussels, Belgium.
He is also a former Professor of Law at the National University of Zaire and the Kigali Independent University.
His recent report on the assassination of former Rwandan President Juvenal Habyarimana was deemed "Independent" by the Rwandan government.
However, here is the truth:
Since Dr Jean Mutsinzi is a founding member of the RPF ruling party in Rwanda and a very close friend to Paul Kagame, he cannot be deemed to be an "independent" personnality.
This is why nobody should have expected a better work from Mutsinzi commission because Jean Mutsinzi and Company must dance at the rhythm of their Boss i.e. Paul Kagame.

Poor Tutsi liars!
Please stop ridiculing yourselves and the Rwandan people as a whole because even the very people that you paid to invent this scenario are laughing at you. They fold into four to see a respectable government endorsing this kind of trickery. I have echoes and if you wish I can share them with you!
One fact that shows that this simulation is completely false and confirms once again that the Mutsinzi report is false, at 4:54 minutes in the above video we see the missiles coming from places marked by a white square as the place of departure missiles (i.e. the Kanombe Military Camp).
We see the missiles coming from the front of the airplane to finish by hitting the plane.
The problem here is that if this is true the French pilots would have attempted an avoidance maneuver as the pilots could see the missiles coming from the front!
The French pilots who were aware that the RPF had acquired Sol-Air missiles from Uganda were already prepared for this eventuality and had double checked with their colleagues in France about what to do in such an attack.
So they should have at least tried something. Surprisingly, none of the eye witnesses said they saw the plane trying anything to avoid the missiles that were coming straight from the front as this is shown in the simulation!
The truth is that simply the shooters acted from the back of the airplane so that the pilots would not notice anything suspicious at the time of the missiles launch. This confirms the testimony of Jean Luc Habyarimana, the credible eye witness of these events.
The missiles could not come from the Kanombe Military Camp but from behind the aircraft probably from the Masaka fields as this has already been reported by a number of RPF dissidents.
This terrorist attack was a stroke of genius that the RPF soldiers could not manage to prepare themselves. It took external technical assistance.
