“Abitwa ngo ni abagiraneza...iyo [b]atangiye kuvuga ngo ibi ni byiza [ariko bakongeraho b]ati ‘ariko’....ariko iki? Buriya ‘ariko’ icyo ivuze kitagaragara ni nko kuvuga ngo ‘ariko aba banyafurika bashaka kugira ubwigenge!...bagomba kuguma hariya tukaguma tubahetse, tukabaturira igihe tubishakiye’...ni nko kuvuga ngo ‘uyu muntu mfashe ukuboko arinyagambura ajyahe’...Aragutunze, agukoresha ibyo ashaka, igihe abishakiye. “Turashaka kubaho, turashaka kwibeshaho. Turashaka kwigenera ibyo dushaka, turashaka ubwigenge. Ni yo ntambara iriho. Iyo utitunga ntabwo wigenga”. (Paul Kagame).

Kuri Nyakubahwa Perezida,

Abo bagutunze uvuga, akaba ari na bo umaze kubera umuzigo uremereye, ni Abanyamerika bagufashije kugera ku byo wivuga imyato. Wahisemo kwihesha agaciro muri abo bari bagutunze, wirengagiza Abanyarwanda. Ukoreshwa amarorerwa mu rwego rwo gukungahaza abagutunze: utera muri Congo urica, urasahura, baragushima. Nyamara Abanyarwanda ntibazakubabarira kuba warabyigambye ndetse ukongeraho ko wicuza icyatumye utabamarira ku icumu hakaba hari abarokotse. Abanyafrika urimo ushakiraho impuhwe, uhereye ku baturanyi ba Congo, ntibazakubabarira imivu y'amaraso watembesheje muri icyo gihugu uharanira inyungu zawe bwite n'iz'abagutunze. Byasekeje cyangwa bibabaza abantu aho wagize, uti "ariko ujyana n'umuntu kwiba bwacya akamuhinduka akaba ari we ushaka kugucira urubanza?" N’igihe bagushyiraga mu maso UN Mapping Report on Congo. wongeyeho ko isi itagira inyiturano.

Ejo barakubwira, bati" urica, ugafunga ukangaza abashaka ubwisanzure". Nawe, uti"abo bantu batarenze ijana muri miliyoni 11 nta cyo bavuze!" Really? Muri abo wafunze harimo umunyamerika umwe gusa, kandi mu maso ya bene wabo bagutunze, kuba waramufunze ni byo bita kwihenura. Bakwemereye gusyonyora Abanyarwanda n'Abanyekongo (baguhaye Jari) wumva ko n'abandi bose badaturutse White House ubafiteho uburenganzira butagira umupaka (mbese wiyongeyereho Butamwa na Ngenda aka ya ndirimbo)? Ese ubu ni ho wakumva ko nta bwinyagamburiro u Rwanda rufite kubera imfashanyo? None se umaze kugera kuki kizatuma u Rwanda rutongera gusabiriza? Amatakirangoyi yawe, ushaka ko Abanyarwanda bifatanya nawe mu kwamagana Amerika ngo kuko yagusabye guhagarika urugomo, nta we uzayumva. Icyatumye Amerika ijya gukuraho Kaddafi, nawe kandi ukaba warabaye uwa mbere mu gushyomoka ngo "uriya munyagutu agomba kuvaho", ni cyo kizatuma Amerika nawe igukuraho.

Susan Rice yasubiye mu magambo yawe bwite agira, ati" “As President Kagame said, I quote, “The uprising in Libya has already sent a message to leaders in Africa and beyond. It is that if we lose touch with our people, if we do not serve them as they deserve and address their needs, there will be consequences. Their grievances will accumulate — and no matter how much time passes, they can turn against you.” End quote.”

None se African leaders wavugaga wikuragamo? Kaddafi ni we muperezida wari ufite abaturage banezerewe ku birebana n'imitungo muri Africa, nyamara bari banyotewe no kwinyagambura muri politiki. Libya ntiyigeze ibera umuzigo Amerika, ariko bagiye kwibutsa Kaddafi ko igihe kigeze agatanga amahoro. Weho abaturage bawe baricwa n'umudari kandi Amerika itanga imfashanyo, ukongeraho no kubakandamiza, urumva bidatera isoni Amerika se? Amagambo yawe arasa n'abwira Abanyarwanda ngo bazakurwaneho nka cyagihe Kaddafi yavugaga ngo abaturage be bamuri inyuma! Reka da! Umunsi iriya uprising izaba yatangiye, n'abo wibwira ko mufatanya guhohotera rubanda bazagukuraho amaboko.

Mme Rice, ati "ibintu birimo guhinduka vuba vuba, ku isi yose abantu bamenye ko bahuje uburenganzira ku kwishyira ukizana." Ati n'iyo wabahuramo za blindés, nta kizabasubiza inyuma umunsi bazaba babihagurukiye.

“Yet, the world is moving rapidly in a different direction. Across the globe, including in societies where a common system rose that freedom would never arise, we’re seeing people demand the right to chart their own future. To organise peaceful demonstrations and to criticise their own governments. From… Tunisia, the demand to be heard has spread across North Africa and the Middle East…”

“…They will keep speaking out because they have a universal right to do so. And they know it. These rights: freedom of assembly, freedom of expression, freedom to organise peacefully, are just as valid, just as inherent in Asia, in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa as they are in Europe, America or the Middle East.”
