FRENCH SENATE PRESIDENT WILL NOT RECEIVE KAGAME

By Goldenberg
African Dictator

On the eve of Kagame’s arrival in France, a French newspaper “Marianne” has done it. In its issue published on Thursday, 8 September 2011, the Rwandan butcher was referred to a dictator for three times. This is the first time and the move is very important, and observers say that several other media are likely to follow. A prominent French newspaper Le Figaro is winding up thorough analysis.
There will not be any space left for the Rwandan tyrant in which to hide. The mobilisation against Kagame’s visit to France is so high that analysts believe he may reconsider it. But this is unlikely to happen. A source close to President Sarkozy confirmed that preparations are going ahead.

To give you a feeling of how much Kagame is about to undertake the toughest trip of his murderous career, here are the views of prominent politicians from various backgrounds:

Joelle Garriaud-Maylam, French Senator: “This visit should be an opportunity to talk frankly about the past and the present. About RPF’s role in DRCongo. About the repression of political opponents. (Question Time at the Senate)
Alain Juppe, French Foreign Affairs Minister: “President Kagame said that I was not welcome to Rwanda. I replied that I do not have any intention to go there and to shake hands with him as far as the Mucyo commission report is not thrown in the bin”.
Bernard Carayon, MP, (he was in Rwanda in 1994): “For the honour of France, its army and its soldiers, I have written a letter to President Sarkozy to protest against Kagame’s visit. ( He eventually invited his fellows MP’s to co-sign it).
General Jean Claude Lafourcade, former French Army Chief of Staff, Chairman of Association France-Turquoise: “No reason can justify the complaisant attitude by French authorities towards an autocratic regime.”
Candide Okeke, Adviser to the Chairman of Apareco (a Congolese political party):” I do not understand how a suspect terrorist, inducted by a French judge has been allowed to come to France on a very symbolic date of September 11”.” Kagame has chosen this date to laugh at Jean-Louis Bruguiere report” she added.
Jean Marie Ndagijimana, former Kagame’s Foreign Affairs Minister: “Blood minerals transit via Kigali from Eastern Congo and Kagame will be in France to sign contacts with the Movement of French Entreprises”. “In 2009 Sarkozy shook hand with Kaddafi and signed contact for more than $1,000,000,000.”
Meanwhile, the desperate attempt by the Kagame regime to rent a crowd to receive him has fallen flat. The Rwandan Diaspora has refused to be part of the tyrant’s entourage. The 4,000 people the regime hoped would receive the dictator in France will be part of a bigger crowd to unwelcome butcher Kagame.

**UPDATED**

Mr Gerard Larcher, the President of the French Senate, the second highest personality of the State, will not receive the butcher of Rwanda.
